The BEKA BA307E-SS series 4-20mA panel indicators are designed and certified for use in Ex e, Ex n, Ex p and Ex i systems. This "robust" indicators can withstand high impacts from the outside. Versatile certification makes these new indicators suitable to be safely installed in Ex e, Ex Ex n or p panel housing without additional mechanical protection, which leads to simplification of construction and reduction of installation cost. Most Zone 2 applications do not require a zener barrier or galvanic isolator which further cost reduction.
