Our service department

Our service department offers tailor-made support when it comes to installation and maintenance of instruments and parts at your company. The department is VCA and ISO certified and authorized to carry out repairs and calibrations in accordance with factory procedures. If desired, our service department also takes care of the maintenance of products that have not been supplied by us. This gives you one partner for all your measurement and control instruments.

Calibrate and adjust instruments

Have instruments calibrated and adjusted quickly and accurately? That is possible at Hitma. Calibrations take place with RvA-certified references in a conditioned calibration laboratory. Adjustment takes place within the specifications set by the manufacturer. For the calibration and repair of handheld meters, we work together with sister company MW Instruments.

Service on location

In addition to repairs in our own service laboratory, we can also provide on-site service. This allows us to calibrate most instrumentation on-site. In addition, we offer the possibility to assist you with the commissioning of the measurement and control solutions we offer. In consultation we can also provide offshore support.

Maintenance contracts

An important part of our technical support is the preventive maintenance of weather stations and handheld meters/test instruments. Our work planner monitors the agreed schedule and will contact you in good time to make an appointment. Hand-held meters are checked on average once a year. Loan equipment is available. In the event of malfunctions, you will receive a replacement instrument within 24 hours.
